Sarah Walsh

I am a PhD candidate at Griffith University's Institute for Biomedicine and Glycomics, specializing in the antiviral mechanisms of Wolbachia, a bacterial endosymbiont used to combat diseases like dengue fever. My research focuses on understanding how Wolbachia inhibits RNA viral replication, addressing critical questions that impact public health initiatives such as the World Mosquito Program.
