Hyperpolarization via Signal Amplification by Reversible Exchange (SABRE) was investigated with a newly synthesized solid catalyst. [Ir(COD)(IMes)Cl] catalyst, [IMes = 1,3-bis(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl), imidazol-2-ylidene; COD = cyclooctadiene], is attached to the polymeric resin synthesized as a linker of bis(2-pyridyl)amine developed, an effective heterogeneous SABRE (HET-SABRE) catalyst induced an improvement of 1H signal of pyridine and their derivatives at 1.4 T in methanol. Moreover, newly designed HET-SABRE catalyst showed in other solvent and confirmed that it can be reused after washing. Polymeric resin-based heterogeneous catalyst shows promising HET-SABRE catalyst for biomedical NMR and MRI applications in near future.
