Invited Speaker 23rd International Society of Magnetic Resonance Conference 2023

Solid-state NMR studies of DNA-protein complexes (#60)

Christopher P Jaroniec 1
  1. The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, United States

I will discuss our recent studies of DNA-protein complexes by solid-state NMR methods aimed at characterization of: (i) DNA base pairing and hydrogen bonding in DNA complexes with proteins and small molecules and (ii) histone protein structure and conformational dynamics within nucleosome arrays representative of condensed chromatin.
